Description

  • Lead, co-ordinate, manage and execute business development activities to maximise client acquisition across the Asia Region (including Australia)
  • Develop strategic plans for each priority country and client segment
  • Formulate and implement strategies to maximise ARR
  • Develop a strategy for Network Management and implement review system
  • Set up and monitor tracking systems for business development initiatives
  • Oversee client management and customer servicing requirements
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, both online and offline

You will have:

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role with an asset management company, wealth manager or other fintech company
  • Experience in sales management, corporate strategy, marketing, communications or related discipline
  • Successfully managed sales campaigns, customer acquisition and retention
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong understanding of effective strategy formulation and best practice
  • A commitment to customer centric outcomes
  • Worked in an entrepreneurial environment, have self-initiative and be objective focused

You will be working with   Kenneth Sue, COO .

Salary

Equity part is negotiable.

Salary range / month :  HK$ 60k-80k
