You will:
· Take responsibility for on-boarding our clients. This will encompass account set up and permissioning, user sign-up process, data upload, cleansing data, client liaison and other administrative tasks
· Lead our client servicing requirements which will involve responding to client enquiries, assist them through basic platform navigation and ensuring that our help tools are up to date
· Perform functions related to documentation processing and invoicing and payment tracking/reconciliation
You will have:
· A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with a financial institution
· Experience in settlements, fund accounting, data management and/or client servicing
· Strong familiarity with word processing and excel tools
· Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· A commitment to customer centric outcomes
· Worked in an entrepreneurial environment, have self-initiative and be objective focused
