As the Operations Lead, you will:
- Play a critical role in formulating the strategy and build the operating model for a DTC business from factory to end customer
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the business and particulars (i.e. timeframes, financials and outcomes) that drive business success
- Be responsible for leading, project managing and executing on all aspects of the business including operations, logistics, sales, marketing, production and customer experience
- Gather and analyse data, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations to build a best-in-class operations function
- Build scalable processes with an eye to continuously drive operational efficiencies
- Manage internal and external stakeholders (eg partners, vendors)
Who you are:
- 3 to 6 years of project management experience; e-commerce and DTC preferred
- Excellent communication (in English and Chinese) and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build strong, cohesive relationships with internal and external stakeholders alike
- Naturally organised and detail oriented. Able to manage multiple tasks, working to tight deadlines with confidence and ease
- A problem solver with a strong sense of prioritization and ability to execute on deliverables
- Data driven, strong analytical and logical sense
