Responsibilities
- Initiate first contact with customers, pitch Homi’s offering, and walk the client through the entire sales cycle in their home
- Key role in managing and implementing Homi’s smart home system which is onboarding and support.
- Oversee to ensure that Smart Home Technician installs product correctly
- The position requires 20-30% travel time in order to successfully onboard clients
- Create detailed notes and log sales activities in the CRM
- Report KPIs
Skills
- Knowledge of subjects related to smart homes and gadgets will be a plus
- Strong command of English and Cantonese
- Working knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and Gmail.
- Experience with heavy cold call volume (60-65 outbound a day) and e-mails is a plus
- Ability to build presentation and marketing materials to create impactful pitches
