About the Role
A Community Associate is the primary point of contact for the community & potential members.
Goals and Objectives
Illustrate Hmlet Hong Kong’s core values and strive to achieve our mission
Support the Community Management & Operation team to create a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our members through events and building relationships between members
Ensure that apartments and buildings are fully operational and processes are running smoothly
Drive growth and promotion of Hmlet Hong Kong-provided service offerings
Take direction from the Country Manager and Community Lead to support the Community Team as necessary
Fielding and assigning requests submitted through Salesforce
Duties and Responsibilities
Greeting / Point of Contact
Be the first and last point of contact for ours apartments & buildings
Greet people who come in for viewings, track walk-ins, schedule and arrange viewings,
Manage Hmlet Member check-ins and check-outs
Prepare and distribute promotional materials to guests/potential members
Answer all forms of enquiries including walk in, offline or online
Membership Management
Work on community initiatives designed to develop connections between members, including member introductions, event support, email and communications
Be active on the Hmlet member network
Solve member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community
Events and Community Management
Make posters for events
Assist with set-up and breakdown of events, including ordering food and beverages
Prepare newsletter
Manage our Instagram account
Create marketing material for advertising our space
Building Operations and Management
Assist with move-ins and move-outs; prepare and distribute member welcome packets
Assist with building operations and maintenance to ensure highest level of member experience
Manage keys and other access requests where applicable
Ensuring apartments and/or building is clean and well kept
Submit building receipts to Community Lead or Country Manager for expense reports
Identify issues for escalation to Community Lead and Country Manager and document accordingly
Ordering consumables and managing stock
Requirements
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Cold outreach experience a plus
Understanding and experienced in managing people
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
Passion and understanding for Hmlet Hong Kong mission and value
Outstanding Written & Verbal English
