This Customer Service Ninja role is an excellent opportunity to speak with both Cantonese and native-English speakers daily. Some experience is preferred however on-the-job training will be provided. Those who show initiative and willingness to learn will excel in this role! You will also get involved in production and as you gain experience you will be more involved in the sales area as well.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up professionally via phone and email
- Capture order information efficiently and accurately
- Prioritize and handle multiple orders through to completion on time with speed & agility
- Follow up with payments and manage routine orders
- Takes responsibility to ensure orders are correct, picked up and delivered on time
Skills:
- Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin will be advantageous.
- Be a self-starter, organized, able to prioritize and have excellent attention to detail
- Have a confident, assertive attitude as well as excellent phone and email manner
- Be willing to go 'above & beyond the call of duty' to make sure a customer is happy!
- Have a helpful team player attitude and willingness to contribute ideas and learn is a must!
Also:
- Knowledge of design and Adobe Illustrator is advantageous
- Marketing, digital and social media experience a plus
