What we expect from you as the “Growth Marketing Associate”
You'll be joining as part of the founding team of a profitable proven startup which empowers the future of marketing in Asia.
The Growth Marketing Associate role is an opportunity for a marketer who is able to balance an analytical approach to marketing while building a premium brand. As part of the role, you will be joining the center of our community of trainers from the fastest growing tech companies including Foodpanda, Klook, Skyscanner, MoneySmart, eatigo, KKday, Dyson etc and also the participants from corporates e.g. Chanel, Microsoft, 4A agency, Swire etc
As the Growth Marketing Associate, you are responsible for uncovering new channels to drive growth for GMA’s consumer and B2B businesses. You will own the end to end execution from sizing opportunities, mapping out test, iterating and driving success. This role requires an action-oriented individual who can operate as an entrepreneur to move quickly, test and find new growth opportunities to scale.
What you'll do
*Develop GMA’s products (The growth training content), and host the training as one of the trainers. We strive to provide top tier quality level of training content to help marketers & founders to implement their learning in work.
* Develop & Implement the marketing strategy across all GMA programs and channels including influencer marketing, content marketing, performance marketing and partnership.
* Develop the GMA story and brand and implement it across all aspects of the customer experience.
*Build and iterate upon a strategy and testing roadmap to reach new customers via new channels to drive business growth.
*Develop an opportunity testing roadmap, seize the opportunities, and work methodically to test and scale potential growth levers.
What We Are Looking For
* Highly entrepreneurial person who has a passion to launch any new initiative, to get hands dirty, work independently, move fast with limited resource & minimal guidance. Ability to test and learn, show good judgement & plan for how to scale seamlessly.
* Has a strong analytical mindset with ability translate insights into metrics/goals
* Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, move quickly and get things done.
* Due to the scope and cross-functional nature of this role, we’re looking for an experienced marketing leader who has a passion for all aspects of marketing. Including:
* A strong understanding for how to build a content marketing machine to drive inbound leads.
* A strong understanding of performance marketing channels.
* Ability to have detailed conversations regarding analytics and metrics while balancing with consumer and creative insight.
* A balanced approach to investing in Brand and Performance.
* 2+ years of digital marketing or product marketing experience
* You are a strategic thinker while able to get into tactical execution when needed.
* Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to take an idea and bring it to life with minimal supervision
* A passion for experimentation and creating a culture of learning
