What is the Digital Marketing Manager Role?
As Digital Marketing Manager you will lead, manage and execute the digital initiatives to drive brand and business objectives. You’ll be an integral part of the Marketing & Growth team. You are tech-savvy with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help and optimize our marketing efforts leading to greater lead generation and revenue.
Energy, intelligence and excellent communication skill are not optional attributes for this role. We are looking for someone who is an experienced self-sufficient digital marketer, with experience in customer lifecycle marketing and website management. But mostly importantly is excited about being a part of a fast growing technology company.
What you’ll be doing…
- Take ownership of increasing lead generation and improving ROI month over month via digital channels.
- Manage digital marketing projects working cross-functionally with senior leadership and product, design and sales teams.
- Work with our content editor and strategist to develop lead nurturing, lifecycle communication and segmentation campaigns using our Hubspot Marketing & CRM software.
- Lead website conversion, testing and optimization working closely with the graphic and web design to execute.
- Research and understand the buying cycle – manage the communication strategy for each stage.
- Grow our social media channels.
- Manage our adwords campaign.
- Research, propose and plan new channels and tactics that will help to achieve organizational business goals.
- Own and maintain monthly reporting and analysis, website analytics, key metrics and campaign reporting identifying areas that work well and areas that need improvement.
- Constantly look for areas to improve efficiency using automation and process improvements.
You…
- Have a passion for Digital Marketing and making things grow.
- 3-5 years of working experience in Digital Marketing or a related role. B2B or SAAS experience is a huge bonus.
- Knowledge in these skills and toolsets: SEO,SEM, Social Media Marketing Email Campaigns, Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, Marketing Automation, A/B Testing, Wordpress Google Adwords and Analytics.
- Experience working with a CRM and Marketing system, like Hubspot.
- Intelligent, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, result oriented, innovative
- Fluent in written and spoken English. You need to feel comfortable writing social media posts, and short ads for an English-speaking business audience.
