What you will be doing in this role:
• Assist Sales Manager in setting business objectives and executing plan
• Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly
manner
• Identify new business through business development and marketing events
• Monitor potential opportunities, update go/no-go reporting and ongoing project status
• Work closely with marketing team and partners on marketing strategy, proposal preparation,
presentation, and bilingual content production
• Assist in research projects for market opportunities and analysis
• Develop operational contacts, which will provide needed support for the tasks undertaken by the
organization’s business development team
• Support routine and ad-hoc BD reporting and meetings
• Perform various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings
About you:
• Degree Diploma or above in Business Studies, Sales or related field with at least 1 year B2B sales
experience
• Proactive and is open to working independently
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to focus on the designed end goals of the company
• Excellent skills in time management
• Good knowledge in digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word,Powerpoint and Excel
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
