Description:
Provide digital marketing solutions to international clients with a focus on digital [SEO/SEM, ASO, PPC] from idea generation, execution to evaluation;
Manage existing client relationships and communicate effectively with internal teams and external associates to ensure that clients’ needs and expectations are fulfilled;
Actively participate in campaign development and implementation, including but not limited to content writing, media planning and placement, social monitoring, etc;
Liaise with clients directly, understand client expectations, and quality control of all work submitted to the client;
Build strong relationships to maintain outstanding customer satisfaction and retention;
Develop trustworthy relationships with clients, work closely with the team to manage day-to-day account activities and administration tasks.
Experience:
Work experience of 3 years in advertising Agency, or on a digital team at a public relation or consultancy agency;
Experienced in media planning and placement;
Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google ads, Apple, facebook);
Google Ads certification is an advantage;
Relevant sales experience to corporate management level / SME owner is an advantage;
Provide track record of managing international or regional key accounts a plus;
Candidates with experience in managing digital campaigns for mobile apps would be conisdered first;
Team player, able to work under pressure;
Fluent in both Chinese and English, spoken and written is a must;
