Responsibilities:
- Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
- Content scheduling and posting across channels – including posting content from approved content calendars and posting ad hoc content, as requested by the client
- Proposal research and support – including desktop research, social listening insights and reports, sourcing for best practice case studies, brainstorming
- Community management of social media channels – including proactive and reactive engagement with fans, responding to customer service enquiries
- Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Collecting feedback about our customers and providing support/guidance via email, chat, phone or FAQ articles
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video written and audio/articles)
Requirements:
- Passionate about startups, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a keenness to learn by themselves, work hard and challenge the team with new ideas.
- Open-minded and interested in mobile apps digital marketing industry
- Excellent English (or Chinese) language writing and editing skills
- Enjoy interacting with people and being exposed to multi-cultural / international work environment
- Design skills and proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus
- Excellent communication skills via telephone, social platforms, e-mail, etc – the ability to empathise and respond appropriately to customer enquiries on social media is essential
- Excellent organisation skills, including time management
