Responsibilities
(A) Lead Management
- Researching organisations and Industry players to identify our potential buyers
- Identifying the needs of other companies and their key stakeholders/ decision makers
- Using your astute skills to contact potential buys through calls, emails and eventually setting up effective meetings.
- Attending conferences, meetings and Industry events to network and build a strong foundation of Globibo’s reputed services
- Horizontal Sales outreach to new contacts from existing organizations that partner with us
- Consistent outreach & building relationship with key clients in your revolving list of Top 10.
(B) Opportunity Management & Conversion
- Meeting potential clients with your ‘lead in pencil’ Proposals & informative Industry updates
- Contacting clients to inform them about Globibo’s breakthrough solutions in services.
- Preparing quotations & negotiating effectively for mutual benefits.
- Supporting customers with delivery information about their existing services and sharing little achievements with an impact.
- Developing & delivering account management schedules and introducing the teams that execute their projects
- Establishing long term support contracts through umbrella agreements for all services- because its always efficient to get solutions at one place.
(C) Service & Delivery
- Focus on delivering Excellent Customer Service through effective Feedback management and Value-added Services to show how each client is special for us.

Requirements
In order to join us, we ideally have the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, accounting or related field
- 3-5 years of proven track record in corporate sales of similar services/industry
- Strong communication skills & analytical thinking
- The ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisation
