Requirements
You want to:
- Be part of a team that reinvents payments and retail in HK
- Be our advocate - grow the number of Get users, specifically targeting students and businesses
- Discover and launch new use cases for our product
- Be the bridge between Get and our users - consolidate users’ feedback, identify common themes, and translate these into actionable improvements
- Help our partners make the most of the platform, and succeed - this may involve responding to users’ queries, helping users to navigate the platform
- Manage and grow existing partnerships
- Explore ways of adding value to partners, to boost retention
- Grow as a leader; manage our team of Community Growth Interns
You've got the following:
- Sharp business acumen, with a good eye for business opportunities or potential partnerships
- Data-driven: ability to build funnels to analyse partnership growth, and to form hypotheses and make decisions based on data
- Bold pioneer who is unafraid to test new uses cases or approach new partners
- Curious and agile problem solver who thinks outside of the box
- Persuasive communicator, who is proficient at creating narratives, pitch decks
- Empathy, since you will be our bridge to our partners and can go the extra mile to serve our users
- Self-starter who takes ownership; we are growing fast and will need you to learn fast and help us build our processes
- Preferably have experience using CRM platforms, such as Pipedrive
- Inventor-at-heart, hacky-by-nature; questions the status quo and constantly finds new ways of reinventing the wheel
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
