Role overview
You will be managing the growth and marketing strategy for Get to drive new client growth and support sales enablement. This role is primarily focused on performance marketing in which you will be tracking ad-clicks and optimizing to ensure the conversion on the funnel for seller sign ups on a daily basis.

You've got the following:
- Sharp business acumen, with excellent insights on relatable ads/content that will drive acquisition
- Data-driven: able to analyse the performance of online campaigns, distill insights, form reasonable hypotheses and make decisions based on data
- Experience managing online channels and ads platforms, including Facebook ads, Google ads, and social media accounts
- Proven record of creating engaging content, in addition to setting up AB tests to determine best content for audience segments
- Curious and agile problem solver who thinks outside of the box
- Self-starter who takes ownership; we are growing fast and will need you to learn fast and help us build/improve our processes
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese
