The Company: Gense Technologies is a bioelectronics startup working on a state-of-the-art technology for our gesture recognition smartwatch. The patented technology has a wide range of applications including sign language to voice translation for deaf and mute users, VR/AR gaming control, smartphone and smart home control, and medical diagnostics.

· The pay range we’re offering is HKD 26,000 – 35,000 per month with flexible working hours, performance bonus, and share options
The Position: We’re looking for Electronics Design Engineer with the requirement as listed:
Job Qualifications:
· MPhil or BSc degree in Electronics Engineering, Integrated Circuit Design, or equivalent from a local university in Hong Kong
· Strong background in academic research preferred
· Experience in multi-layer PCB design, including both schematics and layout design
· Demonstrate problem-solving skills through innovation, hypothesizing, design and implementation analytically and quantitatively.
· Team player with effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
Job Summary and Responsibilities:
This role will focus on the research and development of our next-generation gesture recognition system that is based on electrical impedance tomography (EIT), electromyogram (EMG), and inertial measurement units (IMU).
· Design electronic circuits and PCBs to drive the development in hardware performance
· Design and implement experiments to improve bio-image detection accuracy
· Analyze software and hardware requirements to determine feasibility of design within quality assurance, time and cost constraints.
