We are looking for someone who can help us to bring a focus and discipline with data-driven content creation and improvement. We have a flexible schedule and working arrangements and open communication is a core value we treasure.
Responsibilities
- Assist on creating marketing campaigns and online promotions
- Bringing creative ideas to enable growth KPIs
- A/B testing those ideas
- Analyzing the data and users’ feedback
- Assist to optimize and manage SEO, SEM
- Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other domains (Business Development, Product, Technology and Operation) in order to present results and make our service offering more user-centric
- Driving traffic to our website, landing pages, social media
- Working on a lean startup process
- Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
- Scaling and Automating the growth processes
Experience/Skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication in English (Editing and copywriting experience preferred)
- Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
- Being social and understanding users’ behavior. Having great customer relations and people skills
- Willing to learn
- A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience preferred
- Prefer experience with growth hacking tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshp or Illustrator for image creative, Optimizely for A/B Testing, MailChimp or APSIS for email marketing campaigns, HubSpot for CRM, sales & marketing purpose, Hootsuite for social media management, Hotjar for UX improvement, Zapier to automate workflows
