About the position
As a key member of our internal creative team you will play a vital part in developing and launching a diverse range of brands. You will bring a project management mindset that will help to achieve the vision and objectives of our Design Director. You will be responsible for the quality of all creative output including copy and graphic designs.
You will be working on a range of activities at the company, including but not limited to:
- Managing all creative resources including hiring of all freelance designers and copywriters
- Sourcing and managing packaging suppliers for high end consumer products
- Overseeing brand specific photoshoots by finding and buying items/props for the photoshoot to complement the product shots (for example filling a wine cabinet with various wines and some grapes on the table)
- Reviewing and coordinating all copywriting for products (you will work with copywriters all over the world, review their work and ensure it is not only error free but also consistent with the brand)
- Managing the Design Director's time allocation & schedule
- Managing budgets & project schedules
- Effective, organized & highly operational (while this is a creative position we need someone who works in a very organized fashion and can manage dozens of projects simultaneously on schedule & on budget)
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English
- Good sense of what is "on brand vs off brand"
- Strong graphic portfolio that demonstrates expertise in brand identity and packaging design
- Highly driven with an ability to tackle diverse projects across multiple brands
- Autonomous professional with very good attention to detail
- Able and willing to travel with creative team up to 10% of your time to various photo shoot locations
