We’re hiring for a Business Development Manager – full time position based in Singapore to focus on the development of local partnerships & sales.
What you will oversee:
- Prospect actively for local clients looking for flexible office space & remote team management applications.
- Handle incoming lead qualification & client onboarding.
- Identify & build of a close relationship with local workspace partners such as co-working space, serviced office & work-focused member clubs
- Keep workspace partner information up to date with features, contact and offer details (Hot-desk, private desk, private office…)
- Negotiate commission terms with workspace partners for tenant referrals and extra benefits for FLYDESK community
- Identify Perk partners able to provide preferential rates & offers for our community to access relevant business services, devices or applications facilitating Flexible Work.
- Coordinate workspace partners onboarding with Community Management team
What we want to see in you:
- 4-8 years of experience in Sales, Procurement, Hospitality
- Negotiation, sales, communication & networking skills
- Comfortable in making cold calls and any form of cold prospection
- Interest in the local Startup & Workspace market
- Contacts in the local co-working market would be a plus
- Curious about everything digital, tech and new marketing technologies
- Not afraid to be part of a brand-new start-up working environment with a small team.
- Native/Fluent in English (Extra French, Spanish or Chinese language is a plus)
