At First Code, we believe that our people is what drives our business. As our Recruitment Associate, you will be the key driver to build a stellar and close-knit team of talents. You will be responsible for the full-cycle of our talent recruitment process and implement rigorous interviewing and scoring processes to create a positive interview experience.
Your Impact
- Lead design and implementation of regional recruitment strategies
- In-depth understanding of various business functions and roles to create engaging job descriptions that attract the right talent
- Manage talent acquisition via advertisements, networking, and active sourcing through channels like Linkedin
- Manage talent pipeline including resume, phone screening and interviewing
- Implement recommended interview flow and evaluation matrix for each role
- Represent the company and build our brand at recruitment and networking events
- Follow through successful hires to ensure an amazing onboarding experience
- Analyse pipeline stage conversion and implement improvement strategies
- Analyse business growth and employee retention rates to identify and forecast hiring needs
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role
- Experience conducting various interview typed (e.g. group/panel)
- Familiarity with best-in-class interviewing techniques and candidate evaluation methods
- Ability to handle fast-paced recruitment cycles and manage multiple candidate roles across cities
- People-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English with understanding of either Cantonese or Mandarin
