Experience working with marketing automation programs and CRMs, e.g. HubSpot marketing suite, Salesforce, Mailchimp

Familiar with CMS systems, e.g. Wordpress

Plan and implement client B2C and B2B digital marketing strategies across all channels

Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies

Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences

Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns

Manage email and social media marketing campaigns

Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content

Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring and forecasting to better understand the market

Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections

Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.

Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.

Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share

Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels – content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis, and much more

Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups

Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors

Manage company website (including all images, tools, and content)

3-5+ years experience working in a similar role in a flexible, employee empowering work environment in a small to medium-sized company

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, Master’s or MBA degree preferred

Experience of working on SMM and SEO projects in Mainland China will be an advantage

Experience in setting up, optimizing and running successful Google Adwords campaigns

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Fluent English with preferable proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is an advantage

Video editing and graphic design skills (e.g. Premier, Photoshop, Illustrator) will be a plus
