The role:
We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Marketing and Events Intern who would help us coordinating the bigs & bits of our very ambitious marketing strategy and our challenging big-scale event planning. In this position, you will be able to take ownership and showcase your creative and organisational talents!
This is how you would describe yourself:
- I am a Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English
- I don’t need a visa to work in HK
- I do not need a Chinese visa
- I am a good communicator and a detail-oriented person
- I believe I am a good team player
Some of the things you would be helping us with:
- Conduct research on best practices marketing in the Chinese Marketing
- Support our Marketing team with translations to written traditional and simplified Chinese language
- Conduct research for creative ideas to be implemented in our event
- Solicit competitive quotations for event materials, e.g. collaterals, gifts and premium
- Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables at the time of the event
- Update relevant information on our websites
- Manage RSVP platforms to maintain data accuracy and consistency across all distribution channels
- Prepare event documents including staff roster, contact sheet and event operations plan
- Assist in logistics management for cross-border field trips
- Provide on-site assistance regarding registration, speaker management and crowd management at our official events
- Other ad-hoc tasks needed
