Responsibilities
- Maintain records using Words and Excel
- Manage travel arrangements/ expenses / order grocery / correspondence
- Organize team events (making bookings with external parties)
- Assist colleagues on other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Detail oriented, organized, good at communication, open minded. Enjoy working with a small and culturally diverse technology team
- Previous experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Experience in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
