A Customer Success Engineer plays an integral part as a Data and Integration Specialist within the Customer Success portfolio. Using our ESP-MailChimp, a CSE aims to improve our customers’ email marketing metrics and deliverables with his/her expertise. As part of a data-driven Customer Success team, you will gain valuable data analysis skills and the technical aspects of email marketing. Due to its partial customer-facing nature, you will gain essential soft skills as you improve your business acumen by working with customers (SMEs & big corporations) to help provide engineering solutions in the field of email marketing.
