Elevate Digital seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to carry out the role of EA split between the CEO and CXO - Elevate Digital’s co-founders. The role of EA for the co-founders will be across two high growth startups they have founded - Elevate Digital and Miss Amara.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to provide a high level of organisational support and administrative assistance to the co-founders. They are both incredibly busy individuals with multiple demands on their time across a number of fronts. They must be able to rely on you to be professional, discreet and completely confident in a role that will continue to grow based on your potential and experience.
Miss Amara was founded with one mission - to create the best possible experience for people shopping for rugs online. Miss Amara is made up of a team that is (crazy) passionate about what they do, and strive to create a team culture that is vibrant, dynamic and supportive.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring & maintaing the Co-founder’s diaries (across multiple time zones), emails and communications and filtering/advising as appropriate.

Planning and coordinating travel and itinerary requirements.
Referring operational or product enquiries to the appropriate team member and undertaking any follow up action considered appropriate.

Manage and maintain Google Sheets or Excel spreadsheets

Assist with ad hoc reporting requirements

Prepare all aspects of leadership meetings, from presentations, minutes and action items

Assist in administrative tasks, such as hiring/screening job candidates, expense tracking/reporting, bank coordination, office management, shareholder/board communication, vendor research, organising company events, maintaining document filing, staff onboarding, etc

Provide ad hoc administrative/office assistance to the global Miss Amara & Elevate Digital teams, in Australia, Hong Kong, & Serbia.
Skills Required
- Demonstrated 3 years' plus Executive Assistant experience to a CEO or similar C Suite Executive
- Highly organised with the ability to work under high pressure situations
- Proactive and effective problem solving & time management skills
- Calm and friendly personality, displaying the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail - both written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Process driven with an appreciation for the importance of documentation and training
- Always looking for ways in which to improve the process
- Self-sufficient, self-motivated and able to quickly adapt to change working in a fast-paced startup in an ever-changing environment
- A go-getter attitude who is not afraid to pick up the phone and speak with external parties
- Must have outstanding written & spoken English and Cantonese.
