You will :
- Identify new leads. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, warm calls and events.
- Pitch and sell Easyship’s value proposition. Engage clients in multiple segments, from eCommerce to small and mid-sized merchants.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Close deals. Convert visitors to users.Take care of clients from beginning to end, guiding negotiations until contracts are signed. Grow existing accounts and identify opportunities to upsell accounts.
- Analyze trends and results to continually improve our sales strategy. Prepare reports on accounts status.
- Contribute to product development. Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the tech and operation team to improve the product.
- Organize monthly workshops and sales events for customer retention and lead generation.
The right person will have :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. You enjoy talking to clients, understanding their problems, and closing deals.
- At least 3 to 5 years in sales/business development with a proven sales record
- Sharp commercial and business acumen.
- Strong problem-solving skills. You can analyze the current market and figure out by yourself new, creative ways to improve the conversion rate.
- Highly self-driven and diligent worker who can work on their own but also cooperate well with the team.
- Startup / eCommerce knowledge or experience, especially in the US market, is a strong asset.
