We're currently looking for a dynamic Head of Talent Management, who will play a global role as the company is growing quickly in Hong Kong, Singapore, the USA and new openings will follow shortly.


You will:

  • Work with hiring managers to drive the full recruiting process, from job description creation to offer acceptance and visa preparation.
  • Continue to build on the Easyship's employer brand in a way that showcases our culture and mission, and that attracts diverse, experienced, and capable talent. 
  • Maintain employee wellbeing and build a positive work culture through recognition programs, organizing team activities, celebrations etc.
  • Collaborate with our Company Secretaries to oversee the employee life cycle, contract, payroll, MPF/CPF, Annual Employee return and any compliance tasks.
  • Resolve any employee issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure steady flow of office supplies and office upkeep.

  • At least 4 years of experience in recruitment or general HR role, ideally in fast paced environments / tech companies.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Sociology, Psychology or related field.
  • Knowledge of HK,SG,US work environment is a big plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – working with multicultural and dynamic teams; managing expectations.
  • Professional work ethic: organizational skills, task prioritization.
  • Sense of urgency, and getting (the right) things done.


Equity part is negotiable.

Salary range / month :  HK$ 20k-40k
