Job description:
We’re currently seeking a human resource officer to join our team. The candidates should be proactive, energetic candidates who have a passion for the start-ups and used to work in a fast paced environment. You will be responsible for the development of human capital within the business lines and implement various HR strategies. Through this job, candidates will reach out to a number of candidates and help expand our company scale.
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, staff activities, performance management.
- Assist in reviewing company policies and administration procedures
- To formulate and review HR policies and procedures in ensuring best practices and compliance with the legal requirements.
- Responsible for the manpower planning and budgeting of the company
- To undertake any ad hoc projects or other duties as required.
- Conduct salary and market benchmark to enhance the competitiveness of the company
- Conduct internal evaluation to seek for improvements for our employees.
Requirements:
-At least 3 years of HR experience
-Start up and headhunting experience is preferred
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong problem solving skill and highly attentive to details
-Strategic and self motivated
Bonus:
-Experience in building a team in startup is a bonus
-Advertising/PR/Blockchain experience
