Description
We are looking for a pioneer for US market:
The Job
- Initiate and create connections with decision makers (B2B, B2C) through outbound calls, email, social forums, and events.
- Revamp the current sales messaging and business development tools and processes and understand key metrics proposition to prospective customers.
- Incorporate cost(s) as part of a pricing structure, especially social costs resulting from a product's manufacture and use.
- Build opportunity pipeline by identifying key decision makers within target accounts using internal sales tools and other publicly available information.
- Meet all sales and performance objectives including daily activity target, monthly meeting, and sales qualified leads quota.
- Represent DOTT at industry conferences and regional events if needed.
- Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization.
- Manage all data and intelligence gathered through research and prospect engagement. Track and report all activities and results.

The Person
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation or Sales in US Market (Pet-care industry experience a plus, but not a must)
- Proven track record of exceeding high-volume opportunity generation/sales quotas in hyper-growth, goal-focused environments
- Communication - Confident, articulate phone presence and written communication skills – ability to initiate discussions with executive-level decision makers
- Sales 2.0 - Experience using social networking tools to help research and connect with target contacts/accounts
- Character - Possess learning ability especially tech savvy, highly motivated, persistence and tenacity. Good sense of humor, flexible, collaborative.
- Skills - Organized, ability to multi-task, strong time-management skills
- Independent - self-starting individual, goal-oriented, with long-term insight
- pet-lover is a plus
