ASSISTANT MANAGER - FINANCE AND HR
We are a fast growing FinTech Company, enabling SMEs globally to finance their e-commerce businesses . We are looking for a young, enthusiastic, proactive individual who would be excited to have the opportunity of growing with us, to join our team providing and assisting with group's financial accounting, operations and HR.
We'll trust you to:
- Prepare the monthly management accounts across regions.
- Assist with group consolidated accounts
- Maintain the bank reconciliations
- Support audit process
- Assist with preparation of regulatory reports
- Work on related ad hoc projects and analysis
- Manage HR business such as payroll
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and IT change requests
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree - in accounting or similar educational skills is a must. Accounting qualification would be a strong advantage
- Processing skills – Strong attention to detail, high work rate and low error count
- Work ethic – Enthusiastic, trustworthy, motivated and proactive approach to work
- Interpersonal skills – Personable, approachable, positive and ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Workflow management – Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines
- Experience –experience in an operations/accounting based environment is an advantage
- FX Experience – an understanding of foreign exchange markets, foreign exchange terms and pricing calculations is an advantage
- Communication skills in Chinese and English
