Account & Administrative Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and secretarial support
- Handle invoice, payment, inventory management and prepare monthly reports
- Follow-up with customer orders and logistics
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Higher diploma with at least 2 years solid working experience in Logistics, Admin and Customer Service sector
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Word and Excel
- Well-organized, proactive, responsible and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Passion in design & lifestyle, able to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good team spirit
