You will work closely with external and internal stakeholders across the region to ensure HR operations are effectively and efficiently executed. Reporting to the Regional HR Manager and dotted line reporting to Talent Manager, collaboratively supporting the HR functions on recruiting through to employee life cycle.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage full spectrum of on-boarding and off-boarding processes including but not limited to email and HRIS profile creation, contract drafting, work visa and benefits administration
- Assist and monitor new hire work visa applications
- Support recruitment efforts in areas such as managing job boards, coordinating interview and candidate assessments, ATS, interacting with candidates of all levels
- Responsible for HRIS data integrity and ensure consistency across the region
- Administer Hong Kong salaries tax, payroll, pension and insurance benefits
- Ensure compliance and good practices in HR operational tasks
- Manage onboarding and orientation materials
- Support Regional HR Manager on HR reporting/inquiries, performance management, employee engagement and any ad-hoc projects
- Controller of work emails, email distribution lists and access levels
Skills and Requirements:
- A degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 2 years’ HR administrative, operational, generalist background, preferably in fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Chinese (both oral and written) with strong communication skills
- Well-versed Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations, knowledge of labor ordinance in other APAC locations would be a plus
- Good knowledge in calculating payroll, pension contribution and tax returns
- Good at building rapport and confidently interact with internal stakeholders and candidates from all levels of seniority and diverse backgrounds
- Proactive, creative and hands-on, ability to work independently and as a team player
- Sensitive to numbers and attention to details
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, experience with Google Admin is a plus
- Immediate availability preferred
