Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop key accounts and relationships
- Drive and focus the sales team to achieve strategic growth goals
- Set KPI's and Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly targets and drive team to succeed them
- Develop insight driven sales strategies by channel & customer
- Build, develop and inspire the sales team whilst maintaining the fun, dynamic and collaborative team culture and mentality
- Develop the marketing tools, presentations, proposals and other business materials
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop customer acquiring/engaging activities, such as events, social functions
Job Requirements
- Proven acquisition sales skills to break-in and present winning solutions across multiple enterprise sector verticals
- Demonstrable past successes through effective selection, qualification and engagement of target accounts
- Proven track record through disruptive Go-To-Market and business development strategies
- Strong presentation and influencing skills, with both external and internal stakeholders
- Customer centric and authentic sales behaviours
- Structured sales methodology to drive opportunities throughout the client's buying cycle
- Effective pipeline and forecast management, mid and long term activity and campaign planning
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality, with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment
- Good understanding towards B2B procurement is an advantage
