Casetify is looking for a talented and passionate Growth Marketing and User Acquisition Lead, directly reporting to the CEO, to join our team.
This person will drive the strategy for acquisition of new customers via online and offline channels. And also support initiatives including online acquisition, retargeting initiatives and affiliate marketing. You will help determine our most efficient channels and drive spend to a six month payback. You will analyze the cross impacts of offline spend, online spend and organic growth. You should be able to jump in quickly to set up a plan and be incredibly diligent in attribution and spend management. You will have resources to launch fast creatives and hire as needed.
THE JOB
- Oversee and manage all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and advertising campaigns at Casetify
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns (Metrics and ROI)
- Work directly with tech and design team to implement efforts in a timely manner
- Plan, execute new and creative growth strategies
- Run A/B tests and target a 6 month payback period or less per channel
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- BA degree and 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, data analytics, finance, retail and/or consulting
- 2+ years of experience directly executing online marketing platforms such as FB, Adwords, Instagram
- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Very rigorous and able to understand attribution analysis
- You are a good storyteller
- Ability to analyze data, model and understand user problems to identify key opportunities for improvement
