M-Cube provides Retail specialists with innovative and cutting-edge dynamic and omnichannel signage solutions, and manages the technological infrastructure and associated content.
We are looking for an M/F account manager in charge of supporting the local Sales force to achieve commercial goals and among others: drafting price quotations, searching suppliers and prospecting new clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Business Manager and Business Director to prepare commercial proposals, collect technical information (product spec sheets) and organize local installations. Therefore he/she will work closely with Group Operations team (for international installations), external local installers (for national installations) and Group Product team (for equipment requests). He/she is also responsible for all administrative demands, new orders of existing clients and will manage roll-outs of players and material for new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the local Sales force to achieve commercial goals
- International collaborations with internal teams (Operations & Equipment) and with external partnerships/suppliers
- 1st contact for existing clients (Chanel, Rolex, Kering Eyewaer, etc.)
- Collaboration with collecting societies
- Supporting Customer Service (Hotline), on demand of the Business Director or Group Management
Required skills :
- At least 2 years of experience in multinational corporations
- Technical understanding for digital audio and video solutions
- Provable experience in project management
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Independent working on daily business topics (inbox, client orders, collecting societies, requests for credit notes, quotation, shipping)
- Knowledge of Enterprise and Productivity Software (Windows, Office, etc)
- Analytical mindset

- Organizational, Interpersonal and communicational skills
- Fluent English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin
