Mission
As an imaginative and passionate marketer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing B2B and B2C campaigns across the full marketing mix to drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition, activation and retention of existing users.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage B2B and B2C marketing campaigns from start to finish – includes but not limited to campaign planning and execution of online lead generation and customer acquisition across multiple paid channels such as Facebook, Google and LinkedIn
- Use your knowledge of the customer to develop ad assets that communicate product value
- Set up of campaigns including running regular reports, analysis and optimisation based on cost and ROI, scaling based on performance
Improve site traffic conversion through experimentation of customised landing pages
- Nurture leads and increase activation through marketing automation
Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, bizops, compliance etc to achieve your goals
- Maximise customer lifetime value by planning and delivering CRM strategies based on customer segmentation to encourage customer retention and loyalty
- Brand guardian ensuring consistent look and feel / tone of voice across all comms and business functions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant B2B and B2C marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and metrics-driven
- Experience in running acquisition campaigns on Facebook, Google and LinkedIn, as well as CRM and other marketing tools. Prior experience using Hubspot is a plus
- Possess an eye for design and flair for writing
- Team player - no politics!
- Flexible and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated ability to be resourceful in the face of obstacles, proactive problem solver
- Personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality
- Experience in payments or credit/lending industry a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese/Traditional Chinese
