Capital Match is now growing Hong Kong to become the pioneer platform in the territory. We are looking for a top performer to join our team as Business Development Managerand build a leading fintech business in Hong Kong.
ROLE
As a Business Development Manager at Capital Match HK, you will actively hunt for new accounts and generate new business revenue, build a strong portfolio, drive revenue growth and new channels of Capital Match HK. You will also work with our passionate business development team in facility origination as well as channel and client relationship management. In addition, you will also have once-in-a-lifetime experience to be part of the founding team of a high growth fintech start up in Hong Kong.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Grow the firm’s SME customers base by independently and proactively source and acquire potential new clients which include cold-calling and reaching out to Business Owners by all means;
· Be solely responsible for prospecting, pitching, converting leads, negotiations, and final closing;
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction levels and increasing retention with every customer engagement;
Provide account management to the new and existing clients;
· Monitors and analyzes competitor activities to assess threats to important clients;
· Be the spokesman of Capital Match and maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, including best market solutions and relevant regulations; and
· Coordinate closely with Head of factoring and Credit team.
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
· Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
· Experience working in Sales in any industry.
· Previous experience working as a client relationship manager.
· Extremely sales and goal oriented; relentless in reaching out to key decision makers through multiple channels; not taking “no” for an answer; solution oriented to address clients’ needs.
· Independence, drive and initiative is required.
· Strong interpersonal skill and an ability to build rapport with customers is a must.
