About the role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will join our business development team that is responsible for building and capitalizing on relationships with secondary schools, global education companies, governments, and universities from around the world. You will research and identify target customers within our market and ideal customer profile. You will create targeted, personalized, outbound campaigns to reach new prospects, and will manage inbound leads as the first point of contact. The most important measure of success will be qualified meetings booked. We’re looking for someone who is not phone-shy, takes ownership of their targets and finds inventive ways to contribute to growing the business.
You'll be joining a smart, ambitious team, in an exciting, fast-growth environment. You will be an early hire into the new Hong Kong office and will have the opportunity to work closely with senior management, and influence how we continue to develop this part of our organization.

Requirements:
- Native/Fluent Hindi skills are essential as the key aim of this role is lead generation in India
- (Preferred) 12+ months experience as a top performing SDR using a mixture of email, social media and phone
- A demonstrable passion for technology and the startup community
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Ability to sell a compelling vision of a technology platform that’s changing the way in which students plan their futures
Compensation details:
Monthly Salary (HKD): $17-$21k
(Compensation will be commensurate with experience and does not include sales commission. Base salary will depend on prior experience)
