Sales Manager
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Manager to join us! Your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid customers.
What You’ll Do
- Find prospects and leads
- Learn details about our products and services to effectively communicate to prospects
- Develop sales strategy per sales opportunity and proactively communicate the plan with senior management
- Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
- Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant to understand the prospects needs, problems or wants; explain how our solutions align with their pain points
- Up-sell to existing customers
- Follow up with hot leads
- Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
- Consult with rest of Company’s team to ensure efficiency in deliverables
- Identify most important sales KPIs; proactively track and monitor progress
- Prepare and present reports when needed
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
- Report to management team
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in doing sales
- Proven record of successful deals closed
- Successful relationship manager - Able to understand diverse motivations and influences and identify ways to close deals in corporates and institutions
- Great command of MS Office, CRM and BRM tools
- Sense of ownership in your performance and its impact on Company’s success
- Communicate effectively with Company management and rest of team concerning the work, the client relationship, and support each other’s professional development
- Bias for action
- Deadline-driven, organized and able to multitask
- Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing IOT and SaaS company
- Most importantly, you're a self-starter who is comfortable working in a startup environment. aka "rolling up your sleeves" and dive in
