What You’ll Do
Explore and close business opportunities in the building IoT, sustainability and E&M related market
Be responsible for sales activities, such as handle of enquiries, prepare tender or quotation, and negotiation with customers
Maintain and build up relationship with potential and existing customers, including architect, consultant and contractors
Market research and evaluate the potential of IoT and E&M products in the market
Identify and propose solutions for the customer
Work with internal teams to ensure customers’ requirements are met
Who you are
Proven work experiences and results in business development or sales capacity
Obtained a university bachelor degree
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, field sales techniques and strong business sense
Team player in a group setting; and self-driven to take independent initiative
Interest and passionate in IoT and data
Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
Team player in a group setting; and self-driven to take independent initiative
A plus but not necessary are experiences in E&M or Building Services or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Building Services, or E&M related subjects
