Through our bespoke home diagnostic testing kits we create the world’s most personalised meal, supplement and exercise plans to help our customers find their best physical self.
Founded in 2015, Biorna Quantics has been predominantly a B2B business selling direct to health clinics and gyms. We are currently building a team to launch the direct-to-consumer business aimed to reach the mass market. We are looking for motivated, self-driven, passionate marketers to help us deliver our complete solution for optimal health.
The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the organisation's social media and online interactions with customers through social media.
Duties of a Social Media Manager include:
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the company’s brand.
- Building a strong and loyal following on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitoring social media for customer comments both positive and negative.
- Developing a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content working with the in-house content creator and/or externals.
- Building reporting frameworks to evaluate ROI on the various platforms.
- Resolving customer service issues and/or create positive PR opportunities.
- Ensuring social media activity is integrated into wider marketing campaigns.
- Analysing social media insights to guide future social media campaigns.
- Holding workshops for the wider marketing team to explain the importance of social media and how it can impact their campaigns.
- Reporting on social media mentions of the brand internally providing useful feedback to product and marketing teams.
- Searching social media for off-diary stories and content.
- Planning and delivery of community management strategies through social media.
The ideal background of a Social Media Manager:
- Previous experience as a social media manager for similar organisations.
- Strong understanding of content management systems.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing, search engine optimisation and how social media impacts this.
- Articulate and professional communication skills.
- Passionate and results driven individual.
- English is a must, Cantonese is a bonus.
- Being passionate about health, wellness and tech.
