BigDish is looking for a competent and motivated Account Executive to manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our restaurant partners. The goal is to create long-term and profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction with our restaurant partners.
Responsibilities:
- Remain in frequent contact with the restaurant partners to understand their needs
- Collect restaurant information after contract has been signed
- Creation of restaurant profiles on the Backend
- Train restaurant staff to use our system
- Discuss marketing activities and partnerships with the restaurants
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues
Requirements:
- 0-2 years experience in sales, partnership or business development.
- Positive attitude towards new challenges
- Outgoing and confident
- Experience in B2C and/or B2B sales is a plus but not a must
- Interested in the food and beverage industry
- General flexibility, restaurants do not always operate from 9 to 5
- Fluent English and Cantonese
