Individual contributor role that is responsible for providing expertise in planning and execution of digital search/social marketing and online advertising. These responsibilities are performed with alignment to business and product strategies. This position requires strong search trafficking to website, keyword research, campaign activation, reporting, analysis and optimization. The specialist role engages with cross-organizational teams and is a critical liaison between internal product owners, engineers, digital marketing and ecommerce team.
Jobs Descriptions:
- Lead & develop web marketing and analytics activities with content strategy, link building, outreach and keyword strategy;
- Implement SEO strategies for web (Meta tag optimization, SEO directory submission, Backlink strategy implementation, etc);
- Manage current keyword research on SEO and SEM campaigns and suggest optimizations to increase search traffic;
- Develop tactics and plan across performance marketing platform (SEM, Display Ad) and hands on implementation;
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns;
- Identify issues and factors impacting the product traffic performance of website and mobile app;
- Strategize and oversee new content generation initiatives to satisfy relevant long tail queries;
- Build systems and best practices to ensure that all content is optimised for SEO;
- Follow and digest popular SEO publications and blogs to stay updated on the latest innovations, tools, and techniques. Disseminate this information to our team of writers and content strategists.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with major in Statistics, Mathematics, , Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising, eCommerce or related discipline;
- 4 years relevant working experiences;
- Strong knowledge about SEO optimization, Site Indexing, App Store optimization, paid ad campaign management and best practices;
- Skills in Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools or Baidu (Tongji) is a plus;
- Proficiency with some tools: Moz, SEMrush, Searchmetrics, AHRefs, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, ScrapeBox;
- Google Analytics and Google AdWords Certification is a plus;
- Highly attentive to detail, strong analytical, critical thinking ability and organizational skills;
- Social Media savvy with functionality & user experience knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and YouTube is a plus;
- Knowledge in ASO for mobile app download is a plus.
