Responsibilities:-
- Provide daily IT technical support, keep track of IT inventory, prepare and regularly update problem solving documents
- Facilitate smooth IT operation and troubleshoot production issues. Monitor, diagnose, analyze prod/Test/Dev environments to ensure reliable operations. Provide prompt recovery and problem escalation for the exceptions
- Perform IT system health check, data storage and backup jobs. Building effective tools to aid in introspection and debugging
- Assist in system setup, software maintenance, security configuration and service provisioning in Cloud and On-Premise environments
Qualifications:-
- University Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Engineering, or related disciplines
- At least 2 years related experience in IT system administration/ technical support service
- Solid experience on network, servers, firewall, VPN, VM, and PC support, ability to troubleshoot IT system problems
- Hands on experience in Unix/ Linux administration, storage and backup solutions
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI, good scripting skills
- Familiar with Cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
- Experience in Docker, familiar with tools such as Kubernetes and Microservices is a plus
- Familiar with SQL and NoSQL database
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Industrial recognized IT certificate will be an advantage
