We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Growth Manager who can plan, develop, and execute our overall strategic business development plan.
He/ She must be a communication expert who is capable to build relationships with potential business partners/ clients. He/ She should with strong networking skills for potential business opportunities and will work closely with the Product, Underwriting, and IT Team to plan and support each other to walk through the product launch cycle. While insurance background is not a must, but one with basic product and industry knowledge is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Product, and Marketing team to develop a comprehensive business development plan
- Drive new leads through partnership building (from idea to execution) and contribute to the overall sales growth
- Identify new business cases and/or strategic opportunities to drive revenue and KPIs
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Technical Team to look for new opportunities for the Company
- Lead communications and serve as primary point of contact with strategic partner relationships
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development
- Experience in insurance or start-up sector preferred
- Experience in defining, growing, and managing business lines, partnerships or products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and good team player
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
