What you'll do:
- Asiabots adopts OKR in the management. Working close with team members to define the growth in each season, and be responsible for formulating growth strategies & OKRs to reach company milestone
- Drive sales through online marketing and sales channels (including webinar, digital network and off-site marketing, networking, growth hacking)
- Handle enquiries and support sales director and perform ac-hoc duties
- Explore new sales channels, partnership & monitor sales performance, resulting in company growth, increasing client base, and profitability of sales team
- Hold offline events & brand campaigns to build a solid cornerstone for continuous growth
- Formulate sales strategy to acquisite and engage clients
You will be a great fit if you have/ are
- Experience in working in communication, marketing agency, or sales and marketing of any industries
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytic tools
- Work experience in startup (Not a must)
- Writing skills for social media
- Creative, open-minded, Self-motivated
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in all disciplines, preferably in business, marketing, design, technology. Other disciplines are equally welcomed, the key point is you are able to prove yourself fitting with this job.
- 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, media, digital services, or startups.
- Strong knowledge and skill for formulation of sales and marketing strategies
- Experience in planning, setting goals, and measuring effectiveness of strategies
- Super strong executive ability
- Innovate new and effective ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on industry trends
- Detail minded, decent, mature and confident
