Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for front-desk duties such as greeting visitors in professional and polite manner, handling all in-coming, mailing and courier arrangements;
- Handle all round office administrative duties e.g. office supplies, order office stationery, office equipment maintenance;
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office area;
- Provide clerical support for senior staff such as booking flights, hotel or restaurant reservations;
- Assist supervisor co-ordinate company events and staff activities;
- Perform for any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline. Fresh graduates will also be considered;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage;
- Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
Base in Hong Kong.
Personality Fit: Pleasant, cheerful, polite, mature, well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated.
