Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling SFC enquiries and prepare documents required by the SFC;
- Liaise with regulatory authorities in relations to rules update or related requirements;
- Review and update compliance policies and procedures in alignment with latest regulatory requirements;
- Participate in the company’s compliance framework setting, and to enforce, review, upgrade from time-to-time;
- Support business development team (ToB and ToC) in maintaining an effective compliance and control system;
- Involve in business related projects/ initiatives with potential compliance/ regulatory impacts; and
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor / Master degree in Law or other related disciplines;
- Interested in FinTech field and the asset management industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong self-motivation, willingness to learn and curiosity;
- Highly motivated, passionate, resilient self-starter, attention to detail;
- Good written and oral skills in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Cantonese a plus.
