Job Responsibilities
- Actively source new talents and manage recruitment process including interview bookings, employment contract drafting, salary negotiations
- Responsible for all HR functions including maintain the attendance, leave record, performance management, monthly payroll, final payment calculation, MPF administration and taxation administration
- Willing to design and implement policy and cultural infrastructure for the company and employee incentive scheme
- Provide the business insights on the market trend on Compensation & Benefits and ensure the salary package is competitive in the market
- Keep abreast of local legislation’s update and ensure the relevant Human Resources policies and practices are complied with labor regulations
- Carry out any other assignments as deemed necessary by the Management.
Key Experience
- Experience in the Greater China region especially in recruiting TMT and finance candidates
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology or related discipline with a minimum of 2-year related experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese work processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-taking
Well versed in Hong Kong Labor Ordinance
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
- Able to meet tight timeline, independent, self-motivated, Initiative with good analytical and communication & presentation skills
