The job holder will work closely with the rest of the Human Resources Team and provide administrative and operational support to the department. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership on the development of appropriate HR Policies across the Company. Ensures alignment with business strategic priorities and that both business and HR priorities are visible in the plan
- Assess current and future policy requirements to support strategic aims in conjunction with Management
- Focus on talent development including the regular processes of staff appraisal and feedback, goal setting, professional development and career development to ensure that all employees have the opportunity to fulfil their career potential
- Guide and coach managers on employee relationship and HR issues in line with company policies and best practice, including disciplinary, grievance and performance management
- Working with management in building effective relationships between teams within the organization locally and regionally to facilitate growth and expansion
- Be proactive in identifying talent pool and designing development and training programs for staff to align with long term goals of the company
- Evaluating new Social Media trends and its impact on engagement of staff
- Use Social networking to help build employment brand and awareness in order expand the breadth and depth of our network, and to target top talent in a large range of skill sets, and improve the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts
- Excellent and familiar with the use of major Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) as a Recruitment Tool
- Draft and prepare various reports including workforce analysis, manpower report and presentations to drive decision-making
- Provide overall support to Human Resources and Administration Department and other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management or other related discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant HR working experience and/ or as an HR business partner role, including experience in the development of HR strategy, HR policy development and performance management
- Oversea exposure (Regional or Global) or MNC Experience is a MUST
- Have exposure or experience in multicultural and diverse working environment
- Strong in Talent Acquisition and Human Relations
- Well-versed in HK employment ordinance and employment related legislation is imperative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a mature, pleasant, organized, strong sense of responsibility and sensitive of figures
- Computer literate and familiarity with computerized HR systems and Google Drive (Google sheet, docs, etc)
- Proficient in both spoken and written English (Chinese would be a bonus)
- Able to multi-tasking and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
