//Who we are looking for:
AlikeAudience is looking for a Full-time Data Strategist to work out of our HONG KONG office and be responsible for managing our audience taxonomy and recommend the best data strategy and audience segments to RFPs from end clients, media planners, agency trading desks, and platforms (DSPs & DMPs). You will report to our Platform Development Lead and work together with multiple teams. Day-to-day tasks include responding directly to RFPs, supporting the sales team in pitches and presentations, coordinating with the engineering team on product development.

// Responsibility:
- Response to RFPs with the best data strategy and audience segments including the segment size, country coverage, use cases by verticals (Retail, Travel, CPG, Auto, etc.)
- Guide existing clients on accessing audience segments across platforms (Google DV360, TheTradeDesk, etc.)
- Illustrate and explain how audience segments are created based on collected user behaviors, location signals, and various 3rd party branded datasets
- Communicate with platforms when custom segments are created for specific client account
- Assist the sales team to prepare for pitches and presentations by providing statistics and data recommendations
- Regularly and proactively maintain, update, and modify our audience taxonomy according to the latest market demand
- Communicate with Platform Development Lead to understand specific audience segment demand from platforms (DSPs & DMPs)
- Regular meeting with internal product team and data partnership team to understand the composition of audience segments
// Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising, or related quantitative academics is preferred
- 1+ years of account executive or analyst experience in MarTech or AdTech industry
- Be familiar with AdTech operation, such as DSPs, Ad Exchanges, Networks, etc.
- Strong passion to master data-driven marketing and use of audience segments with a mix of location, online, and offline consumer insights
- Strong quantitative skills and capability to illustrate complex and abstract data products
- Demonstrated self-motivation to create new data strategies
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through
- Work in a fast-paced, energetic, and flexible startup environment, with a talented, diverse, and forward-thinking team
